If your G19 is to be a "use it only at the range" gun, a 3.5 lb trigger bar is the way to go. But do yourself a favor and have it professionally installed.
However, if you intend to do anything other than range plinking keep your trigger stock. Glocks are very, very unforgiving. They will go bang each and every time you pull the trigger.
Glocks are more prone than most to have an accidental discharge and in every case I've seen it's been operator error/brain fade. A light trigger only compounds problem. Obviously, I'm not sure of your experience level or training but don't get yourself into a bad situation or endanger other shooters.
I shoot Glocks in IDPA and USPSA events and I've sent 10's of thousands of rounds downrange but my carry Glocks all have the original 5.5 lb trigger bars.

I have a 3.5 lb connector bar in my G30. It is used for CCW every day. A good holster is the key to keeping the trigger secure. Also, I installed mine in about 10 mins while sitting in my car in my companies parking lot on my lunch break. It is not hard to so at all. Do a Google search for "Detail Stripping a Glock", there are also a few good how-to videos on you tube. After you do it once and realize how easy it is, you can do it in no time at all.
