If you add it to your cart there is a 10 round civilian option.

So whats the deal, I thought this was an LEO only weapon?

As far as I know, it is not LEO only. I believe the ammo is restricted though and you cannot buy it. And they give you a ten round mag. Yay, you can lay it in your display case and never fire it. Awesome!

The way the deal works with FN is that they'll sell the dealer a pistol (one). Dealer sells a pistol to the customer and in order to get either a replacement or a new gun for the purchaser, dealer has to provide FN with letterhead in order for company to deliver. Dealer can purchase practice/duty ammunition for the customer with letterhead or drop ship directly to a department. Drop shipment can also be done with the gun. This only applies to the ten round, adjustable sight variant.

Not illegal for a civilian to possess, gun passed BATFE "sporting" test for importation and the practice/duty ammunition is non AP.

Hi. I have some questions about this pistol...

Have any of the gun magazines (Combat Handguns, American Handgunner, etc.) done a review on this pistol?

What's the opinion here of how effective the civilian legal version of this round would be for self-defense?

When the ban sunsets will civilians be able to obtain the 20 round magazines?

Has anyone here held one of these pistols...and, if so...how were the ergonomics?

Thanks. :)

$23.95 per box of ammo (on sale!)?

Someone here has handled the gun and states that it has a crappy trigger, I'd believe it. I have read comments by respected LEOs that this is another answer in search of a question, I believe this as well.

5.7 JHP ammo for self-defense? Not fast enough to tumble and fragment, but fast enough to overpenetrate. No thanks.

Aside from the 'neato' collector's factor, I think this gun isn't a practical self-defense firearm.

I just read an article about these guns. They are for LEOs only.

I handled one at SHOT show. The trigger pull sucked. So that is probably me that CWL is thinking of.
