I've read through a lot of archives on here concerning home firearm storage and WOW, some of you guys really know your stuff. I've learned a ton. Anyway, based on the discussions between several of the safe gurus, I've decided to buy an AMSEC BF6030. From a few quick google searches, it looks like I'm looking at $1750, or so, plus another $300 to $400 for shipping/inside delivery. I live in Kentucky. There is one dealer within 50 miles of me. I have not checked with them yet. Anyone have any suggestions on sources for this safe? Someone known for good service, fair prices, etc. Am I better off going in-state, or is there some sort of national company that sets the standard?

Pricing sounds a little low. May be old stock.

Pricing on my website reflects '08 models, and I'm generally able to to work a deal on shipping for forum members.

I can't say that there's anybody that "sets the standard". '08 retail on a textured 6030 is $2,935.
