I am thinking about purchasing a new Firestorm mini 40 S&W.
Does anyone have any opinions on this pistol. Looks good, price is right
Any help you can give will be appreciated. Also, for those who have one
what holster do you use ? Thanks in advance

I have one and it works fine so far (I've probably put 150 rounds through it). I believe I've had 2 or 3 minor jams, but that's with a variety of ammo - I'm confident it will be reliable once well broken-in and with ammo that it likes. I don't have a holster for it yet. It's a pretty compact pistol to hold 11 rounds of .40 S&W. They only come with one magazine, and spares are pretty expensive for such an economical pistol.

I have the Firestorm Mini .45, and it is nice. It isn't perfect though. It has been ultra reliable with hardbal;, but not so reliable with hollowpoints...but that's fine because I am A-OK with harball in a .45. My only problems with the gun is the holster issue(I'm having a hard time finding one) and it seems to have some fairly nasty hammer bite.
But, for $300 ish, I like it.

I had this question for a holster for mine in .45 and this was the reply I got , havent tried one yet. I am very happy with my .45 good luck.
MtrCty,
I carry mine in a Bianchi Accu-mold size 11. Fits perfectly, and the thumb strap is neatly adjustable. This is a good looking holster; kind of like Kydex covered with black nylon fabric (it's stiff as a board)!
Hope this helps!

Thanks everyone for your reply's. I'm definetely going to buy it.
I might try ordering a holster from Houston. At least that's what it say's
on the paper work in the box. Plus extra mag. Thanks again
