Reloading .303 British with Soft Point rounds.

Using Hornady #3130's, I'm having feed problems with my No4 Mk1. Is there a way to have this rifle feed a bit better?

Try adjusting the feed lips on the magazine. I had the same problem so I took a pair or needle nose plyers and ever so slightly bent the lips. If the lips are rough you should stone the underside of them to help things along. Those magazines can be troublesome.
