What thread size is the Mav 88 front bead?

Need a bead.

Is it 6-48 threads? :confused:

Found those @ Brownells,for Mossy; no mention of Maverick 88. :banghead:

Usual size for Mossberg sights is 3X56 but the newer guns seem to have the beads press fit or epoxied in like Remington beads.
Usually easier to break the bead off and redrill and tap for whatever front sight you need.
