I have two prayers.
1) Your friend comes out of this in fine shape.
2) Those two dirtbags get a nice, long, all-expense paid trip to a MO state penn.

I think 25 years in the slammer would show those ***holes the error of their ways! :fire: :fire: :fire: :barf:
If the victim dies, life without parole would be a fitting punishment for those maggots!

Best wishes for your friend. :(
Add this one to the pile of cases that cooperating with criminals will not always keep you safe.
When are the Police and media gonna realize this?

Two excellent candidates for a mandatory sentence, preferably 20+ years.
My prayers to your friend. Let us know how he's doing.

if he dies, may the killer find himself on the wrong end of a short rope & a tall tree.

1) Prayers on the way.
2) Why not charged with attempted murder?
"Joseph W. Pace II, 18, 1502 S. Michigan Ave., Building 4, Apartment 2, was charged with first-degree assault, armed criminal action and first-degree robbery. Andrew B. Fay, 17, 825 S. Connor Ave., was charged with first-degree robbery. "

As for those vermin who shot him... :fire: ...20+ w/o parole sounds good to me.

Greeting's All-
Thought's and prayer's are extended there, pal!
We are seeing more and more of these random act's of
violence. Looks like the good guy's (and gal's) are going
to have too take matters in their own hand's. Like the old
saying goes, "It's better to be tried by 12; than carried by
6"!
Best Wishes,

Since when is shooting someone in the head "first degree assault"?
How about "attempted murder"?

I hope he comes out OK.
Also curious why no attempted murder charges...?
As Chipperman pointed out, according to the report, everyone co-operated with the perps, and they shot someone anyway. Incidents like this have affected how I view such situations, and what my actions might be.

Prayers for your friend.
I agree with those who said "why not attempted murder"? Sounds like the authorities are being VERY kind to the two perptrators. Use of a firearm in commission of a Felony sounds like another appropriate charge.

I hope your friend pulls through ok.
I found it strange that no mention of an attempted murder charge was made in the article. You would think shooting someone in the face with a .22 is attempted murder...
I hope they lock those bastards up and throw away the key.

Sickening. I can only offer my prayers to you and your friends. And a prayer that something hideous happens to the bad guys.
