I've talked to others who have found some really good deals on New/Old stock knives in some of these "Mom & Pop" hardware stores' (See Arfin's post of the Normark American Hunter). Here's my latest find, (2) Apex Wilderness Imperial Schrade Skinning knives. Model AP13 made in Ireland of INOX Stainless steel. They were marked $13.99 so I bought the last 2 they had. The nylon sheaths are little to be desired, but the knives themselves came out of the box scary sharp! Total knife length is about 8" and about 1/2" longer then the other Apex drop point hunter I have (PICTURE INCLUDED). Thanks for looking!
