I have a polish tt33 that is great, but I would occasionally like to shoot 9mm at my clubs indoor range. If I can find a 9mm barrel and link (or whole slide) can I just swap it out and load the mags with 9mm?

In Canada you can buy tok's that come with both barrels and most people use the same mags with both calibers.

I found a norinco 213 whole top end (slide, spring and barrel) for $75 or the guy will just sell me the barrel and link for $35. Any suggestions?

Is the guy local? Can you check the fit of the barrel?
$35 bucks isn't too big of a gamble if you have to buy it sight unseen....

Too bad you are not local, I would trade you my Norinco 213 for a Polish TT.

I think I will pass on that trade:)

I took the barrel and bushing from my Norinco 213 9mm and it fit perfectly on my Romanian TT-33. I also modified a spare 9mm barrel to chamber the 9x23 Winchester, which gets me 357 Magnum ballistics in the Romanian TT-33.

I just picked up a complete top end for a norinco 213 and 2 type 54 9mm mags with the internal spacers. When I get back from vacation I will TRY to put it all together and see how it works! Thanks for the help!
