This is very subjective as there are many good ones out there and many people have their favorites. I have a KAC 300m F/U that I like for close distance engagements. I'm not super accurate w/ it but I'm fast. I also have a Troy Rear F/U which I'm really digging. Very nice construction and looks good too IMO. I've also used an ARMS 40. All are good. The KAC does not lock in the "up" position whereas the Troy does. The ARMS 40 is held under spring tension. These may be factors for you when deciding.

Wow, that Ma-Tech is very cool!

I've been thinking of flip-up rear to make life easier and found this older thread (http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=18&t=206233) at ar15 to be interesting / helpful.

I have the YHM machine popups. They are A2 style.
They didn't come with a sight tool.
If you order the Ameriglo tritium apertures, you get a tool.

I am looking into getting tritium front/rear.

Tritium apertures
Meprolights.
XS 24/7
Trijicon
GG&G

From what I have seen, only Meprolights has the small front, all the rest look pretty fat.
I wanted something thin. I have no experience with these tritiums on a rifle, so I am researching to see if they are worth it.
