629-5 4" MG/Front Sight Height?

I want to install a gold bead front sight on my S&W 629-5 Mountain Gun. It has a 4" barrel w/a pinned front sight.
The replacement sights are offered in .300 and .250 heights. Do any of you fine folks know which would be the correct sight for my pistola?

If I am not mistaken, the front height is .250. If you are using the stock rear sight, then the .250 will be perfect. On my competition guns I use a .300 front and a .360 adjustable Millet on the rear.

Thanks Doc. Thats what I've been able to gather so far. I'll be ordering an SDM gold bead front and look forward to installing/practicing with it.
