Thought that was the only good reason for a Glock? :D
Actually I wouldn't tell the special forces they can't carry while "swimming".

Flag or tackle football.
Last thing you want to do is come down on your gun with someone on top of you.
Gives new meaning to the term hip pointer!

Sandboarding*, when it comes time to bail you don't want to be rolling over your gun again and again.
*Sandboarding - The act of taking the wheels off a skateboard, lining the bottom with sheet metal, attaching a seat to the top and tying a rope from the bumper of the jeep to the front of the board. Results in bumps, bruises, and some of the most fun you've ever had

Baggy swim trunks with a button pocket and a Bauer .25 auto work fine.

I rarely carry while rock climbing. Although, now I have a P32 I might throw it in the pack for remote desert climbing.

Flag or tackle football.
i've done it. was supposed to only be a 'two hand touch' but we utilized a full line of rushers and blockers. i got put down hard right on my hip where the holster was. left a dark red imprint for a couple of days.
now i KNOW its drop-safe! :D

Back in the younger days my brother and a few of my friends would go out to the local bars and have a few drinks, listen to music, etc. We had a designated driver, who was also our designated CWP. :)
other ideas:
caving. Actually I have carried a small handgun to some remote caves and kept it in a waterproof case while underground....
Annual prostate exam.... and other medical procedures.
doing Pysch. consults at the local jail. (ER's are ok though!)

I have swam while carrying a sidearm, not recreational "swimming" but while tracking an injured hog I shot. The bacon swam a mildly moving river in an attempt to evade the fryin' pan and I wasn't going to let it deter me.
Just hosed her down (.44 mag) with WD-40 and performed regular cleaning and maintenance when I got back to camp. Never did see even so much as flash rust on it.

For me, it's really anything that requires me to sweat. I sweat easy and having a gun poking me in the side just sucks.
I've tried carrying a fannypack on my jogs, but that sucks too. I sweat just from standing outside doing nothing.

Jury duty, flying on commercial airlines, voting, entering a business that's posted a valid PC30.06 sign, attending most sporting events, visiting most schools, patronizing an establishment that makes 51% of its sales in alcohol for on-premesis consumption . . .
And of course simply breathing in places like Chicago, Washington DC, etc.

Speaking of martial arts, you certainly don't want to fall while carrying a gun. That could result in hip or back problems.

Actually, I can't think of ANY activitiy where it would be impossible (CAN NOT) to wear a firearm. I can, however, think of any number of activities or situations in which it would be advisable to not be wearing a firearm. Most of them have already been covered.
Say what you mean, mean what you say.
CAN NOT = prohibited by law (either man-made OR the laws of physics.)
