i created a thread/poll

i have 6 responses to the poll, but only "3 views"

wouldn't someone necessarily need to view the thread to answer the poll question? i.e. shouldn't 'vews' always be > poll responses?

The discrepancy is due to the timing of the views update. The number of views of threads isn't updated instantaneously with an actual viewing by a member. I don't know the exact time interval, but they are updated approx. every 15 minutes or so. However, poll votes are always updated as soon as a vote occurs.

FWIW, your thread now has 33 views and 8 votes. If you watched closely you would have seen the views take a quantum jump or two instead of creeping up one by one.
