This idea of having the barrel on the bottom seems to make sense, so why don't we have them there? A well manufactured 1187 Police with the barrel on the bottom as opposed to the top would make a nasty weapon indeed.

Any chance we'll see those Russkie shotguns here?

Interesting, not long ago I had recommended a semi design built with the barrel on the bottom for better kick control, more of a straight line thing and all that. This has possibilities...

But, the ULTIMATE Tactical Shotgun is whatever's held by the ULTIMATE TACTICAL SHOTGUNNER. The hardware's less crucial than the software.

Anyone spending more on gadgets and gizmos than ammo and range fees needs to re-examine his/her priorities, IF they want to be the best shotgunner possible.

And GG, an 11-87 Police free of QC gremlins is a nasty weapon indeed as it sets.

Yup, the only thing missing from this gun design is an "extreme" version to corner the Operator's market.

And I have to say.. kind of a neat idea. You won't see it here with a folding stock but i don't see a reason for it not to come here.

I have been bringing my 1187 my to the range every time I've gone, putting hundreds of rounds through it, trying to make it like a part of my body. It doesn't quite have the reliability that I'd feel comfortable with in a combat weapon, one of the reasons of considering an 870 marine magnum, so I think it'd be a good thing to light a fire under Remington's butt with some healthy competition.

Maybe those Russkies can make a combat gun with an 18 inch barrel and synthetic black furniture, night bead sights, and a 7 round ammo tube.

one thing I don't like about current pumpguns is the inability to see the loading port as you load. this fixes that.


I'd buy one, if it wasn't a double action.
