Since I'm doing some remodeling again, I needed to have office necessities with me.
Some of you more observant folks may notice the lack of a tape measure. That is strictly a waistband carry item, always accessible at a moment's notice. I carry a 25'x3/4" wide Stanley. Yes, I know that a 30'x1" wide SuperMax is longer and will extend out further when unsupported but it's too big (for my tastes) to lug around all day. A 25' tape on the belt is always better than a 30' tape left at home. Anyway....

It's a Norinco 213, a 9MM. A nifty one, too. It's target gun accurate.

I don't know, but I can think of MUCH better alternatives than that Tokarev.

The nap roller, the lighters, the glue, and a calculator, I keep picturing some sort of napalm bomb that is connected to the calculator for eletronics, and detonated with the car remote.

I know I'm an old stick-in-the-mud, but I keep thinking how easily some of those items would get wedged in the trigger...BOOM.
Get that gun in a holster!

Better yet, get a drawer that's segregated from the rest of the Gorilla Glue, etc.

Ya' know, I was thinking "don't the keys banging around put scratches on your pistol?":)

I thought the same thing too but a scratched pistol still goes bang,a smashed calculator doesn't work when trying to estimate the job.tom.

Is the roller for use as an improvised silencer? Perhaps attached to the gun with the Gorilla Glue?

OK, some of your questions addressed:
1: Someone gave the briefcase to me so I have no idea where to get another compartmentalized one. It was made for a specific purpose but I don't know what. It does have "PTI" embossed into the outside.
2: Regarding gun scratches: It's a beater, shooter 9MM I got real cheap. It's actually a relief not to have to worry about a scuff.
3: The gun hasn't ruined anything by banging around. It stays right at the bottom when I carry it.
4: TT33 types were made without a dedicated safety. You load 'em, put one in the chamber and then put the gun on 1/2 cock. The trigger cannot move until the hammer is fully cocked. I don't see how it'll "go off by itself" in there.
5: The keys are usually on me or in use, not in the case. Consider them the picture's garnish, like parsley sprigs on a baked potato.
