Alright everybody else has a picture thread. I think it is time to show some bows. Archery season opens for me in a month and I want to see what some of you guys will be shooting. Here is mine Hoyt V Tech 62lbs draw. Cheesy quiver its outta here soon.

I have two bows, one's just a standard wood English long bow with probably a 35-40 lbs draw weight and the other one's a Hungarian/Magyar recurve with a 65 lbs draw weight.
I don't have any pictures of either one readily available on my computer yet, but in looking on the web from the place I bought the second one from it kind of looks like this (just slightly different leather).

I always liked primitive bows a little bit better, they've always seemed like they had more character than modern compound bows.

great thread.
I'm building a couple of new ones right now, and I'll put up pics when they're finished.

there is not much to take a picture of. I make my own arrows with medieval styled bodkin points although they are more modern in weight than the original types.

Well, here's the last that I churned out. 69" bamboo backed ipe with black cow horn tip overlays that is 60# at 29 inches.
