In the intended role of a fighting knife which one of the two following SOG knives makes more practical sense?

I like the Agency, kinda reminds me of the scuba demo they put out awhile back. I have a Tigershark that I traded for, the only thing I don't like about mine is the partially serated blade like the one in the picture.

See bold terms for an oxymoron. If I wanted one of those as a straight up fighting time, I'd certainly choose the Tigershark.

Depends upon the "style" of fighting whether either are any good.
What are you trained in?

Most of what i know is derived from Philippino Kali. Additionally, way back in the late 90s, I was taught the standard knife drills from the US Army's close combat syllabus.
