[HANDLOADER]

Hello everyone today I am embarking on paper patched bullets for a 303 Brit and I need help on how to do it. I believe that I have the right paper its the thick kind of printer paper. But my question is how do I applie it to the bullet. The bullet dia is .309 with a gas check. Other wise my surplus cast 30-30 bullets. My main questions are how to applie the paper, how do I make it hold together, how do I size them down, and what can hold them together.
