Trying to find a 40 S & W cylinder for my Ruger Buckeye .38-40 convertible.
Any info would be appreciated.

Those gotta be mighty scarce.
They didn't make a whole lot of them, and nobody is going to want to part with a cylinder if they have a convertable gun.
Ruger "might" be able to fix you up, but you would have to send the gun to them to get it fitted.
Your best bet might be to find a .357 Mag cylinder and have it re-chambered.
