Senor Skunkabilly has me thinking that I may need a SLB 2000. I've never even seen one, but I do know it's got HK on it so it must be good (notice hint of sarcasm ;) )!
Does anyone here have/had one? Are there quirks about it I should know about? What's the deal w/ the interchangable barrels? What kind of accuracy should I expect?

Arm USA MIGHT have one and the last one I saw was at Retting's in Culver City, but they have a sign saying 'please do not snap the guns' or something...I think that translates to no dry-firing. Usually handling a gun at a gun store doesn't tell me anything unless it's for a bird shotgun as the only way to point it is up.

The G&A article :rolleyes: doesn't really say much other than how it's easier on brass than the HK91, reports only average accuracy and trigger, and said it shined on the ergonomics. Interchangeable barrels was more for the Euro market, looks like we're 'stuck' with .30-06 only for now.

Too bad the ball got dropped or we'd be shooting the thing on Saturday. I want my :cuss: rifle!!!
