P-32, P-3AT or NAA Black Widow?

I've got to admit, I miss my little concealment guns. I sold a NAA conversion package .22LR/.22Magnum 1 1/8 inch in the spring alomg with my Beretta .22LR #21A. They both served a purpose for pocket gun for many years.

There are times that I'd like to carry a mouse gun instead of my 1911 or P-239.

I did my search re: differing opinions of the various guns and would like to throw it open to the forum for the three guns mentioned.

The .32 caliber, the .380, both being semi-auto pistols, or the small two inch revolver with .22 Magnum.

I don't want the Kahr 9mm PM9 or the larger P-11.

Can you offer some insight?

I'd go with the Kel-Tecs!! Either get the P32 now, but if patience is your virtue, then wait for the P3AT to arrive at a gun shop near you!!

I have a P32 and have shot a P3AT and am very impressed with both of them for the purpose intended. However, personally I like the NAA 32 and 380 Guardians better overall. Depends on how light you want them.

If you ever have to defend your life, do you really want to do so with a single action .22 magnum mini revolver? I would not so that eliminates the NAA Black Widow.

If you like Kel Tecs then go with the .32 ACP or the .380 ACP. Either caliber is much better than a .22 magnum for self defense. As a manstopper, I give a slight edge to the .380 ACP. There is really not that much of a difference. Whichever you choose, load it with the best hollowpoint ammunition that it is 100% reliable with.

I recently upgraded from a P32 to a P3AT.
Either of these would be a good choice.
The P32 is easier to shoot. The .380 is a real hand full.
My wife doesn't really like shooting her P32, so my P3AT would be out of the question for her.
I, on the other hand, am more comfortable carrying the bigger bullet.

I carried a NAA short barrel .22 lr, before the "Era of Mouseguns" dawned. :D
After I got a NAA Guardian .32, I never considered the .22 for self defense again. (The Guardian is a good gun, but once the 10oz.-loaded KelTecs came out, I never looked back.)

I agree with the previous poster. For defense against humans, forget the .22/.22 magnum.

Either of the KelTecs you mention would be great, or one of the heavier NAA guns.

Thanks for the recommendations.

I'll look around here in Denver, keep my ears open and see if any of my associates have a Kel-tec P-3AT that I could take a look at and possibly have a go with at the range.
