Help me find a mag pouch

I am looking for a magazine pouch. Not a specific one, but a specific setup. I have two or three very nice kydex mag pouches that ride right at the belt line, and I hate it. the magazine is incredibly uncomfortable for me there and they always pinch my sides. I also have a cheap probably nylon knife pouch that sits very low on the belt, so the belt line is about the upper limit for the pouch. I want more like it, so that I can use them for my poly-bodied mags (it holds FNP, CZ 9/40 mags perfectly, won't take my Glock, HK, or CZ 45 mags at all) and also so I can have at least one spare carrier in case the first one breaks, or maybe if I am going out in the woods and want to carry an extra extra mag I will be able to.
Does anyone make a mag pouch like this, a low-riding mag pouch, or should I just order some more knife pouches and hope they fit?

I have a horizontal cellphone pouch that takes my BHP mag nicely and is very unobtrusive when I'm dressed nicer.

The Don Hume D417 (http://www.donhume.com/Products/ProductsPage.cfm?ProductID=122) rides pretty low. Although they don't show a pic of the rear side (and I don't have a camera to show you mine), the top of the belt clip is even with the top of the pouch and the bottom of the clip is a little over an inch from the bottom of the pouch. Or, you might consider a horizontally mounted holder.

Nah, that don Hume is still too high. I have a Blade Tech and a Comp-Tac mag holder that are both pretty much the same style. The mag baseplate irritates me me, and makes sitting and moving while seated (which my fiance alsmot always makes me do, can't understand it, I have explained how uncomfortable it is dozens of times) very awkward. I am using a Brigade Quartermaster knife/tool pouch right now, probably slower than an actual mag pouch for reloads but that is ok, it is also a heck of a lot more discreet despite being ACU pattern.
I am looking for a mag pouch where the baseplate of the mag is at or slightly below the top of the belt.
