The 7.62x39mm (AK) takes a .310 and/or a .311 diameter bullet. They also take the .308 bullet as well. You need to check with reloading company you bought your stuff from to find the die you're looking for.

Lee dies gives you both stems, .311 and .308. Then you would use a .308 bullet to load them. The early Ruger mini-30 was a .308 barrel.
