Leupold VX-I 2.5-8x32 anywhere to be found?

I had a Leupold VX-I 2.5-8x32mm extended eye relief pistol scope, which was dented by recoil.

I would like to purchase another one of these, as I really liked it, but I cannot find the VX-I anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can find one of these new?

Not VX-1, but same dimensions.

But Leupold has a lifetime warranty. Why not get them to fix it?

That scope is $500, and the one I am looking for is only $200, and is the same thing. They used to be listed everywhere just one year ago for $199, now I cannot find them anywhere.

I found the part number, its 47196, or LP47196. Someone out there has to have one of these collecting dust on a shelf, I hope!
