I am only buying 1 gun for now but I either want a 22 revolver, or some type of autoloader.
If I get an autoloader these are my requirements:
Thin
Compact
High Mag Capcity
Accurate
Reliable
Under $500
.22 Revolver
2 or 4 inch
under $300
double action
reliable
accurate

I'm confused. do you want either a .22 revolver or an autoloader of any caliber? or do you want either a revolver or auto in .22?
How do you define high-cap magazines?

Autoloader I want in a defensive caliber. .22 needs to be a revolver.
I want at least a 10 round magazine.

The only .22 revolver I have any interest in is a S&W K22.

I got this for $150 online, an H&R 676 DA convertible .22 (LR or WMR) tack drivin' six shooter. The DA pull, btw, is fantastic. H&R's 949, 999 & 929s, are all a cut above the 922, finish-wise, and all fire 9 rounds.

The 9 round, 4" barrelled, .22 LR H&R Camper Model is in your range, too, again at about 1/2 of your upper limit:

This 2" one cost me $85, I believe:

You can't get truly thin [single stack], compact and high mag capacity in the same package. You will have to make a compromise in one of these areas. Thin is of most concern for concealment, but you if just want a good reliable shooter for around 500, I'd say get a Glock.

Or get a SA XD9. Great little gun and a smaller grip than the Glocks. I have two.

Um, one of his requirements is high capacity. All Kahrs are low capacity single stack designs. Fine pistols otherwise.
Look at the Ruger SR9. Thin and 17+1 capacity.
