They make 8 round .45 mags, why not 9 round 10mm? :)

Yes, there are a few.

CMC makes a 9-rd mag for Deltas and other 10mm 1911-pattern pistols. So too does Metalform.

Tripp Research (the former hard-chrome guy) is supposedly making a "standard" length 9-rd 10mm mag and a slightly extended 10-rd 10mm mag, both with base pads.

Metalform once said they were going to produce a 10rd mag, but, to my knowledge, nobody's seen one yet.
