I would like to ask if what radius is this?

What beavertail can I install on this frame without adding extra metal, I hate tig-welding.

No way to tell without measuring. You will need a pin to slip fit in the safety shaft hole and a dial caliper or depth mic to get a good reading. Distance to the outside of the pin plus half the pin diameter is your radius. It might be compound, i.e. vary around the curve. So measure several places.
