CZ makes a very nice little model called the 527.

In fact, that's the only 7.62x39 bolt-action I know of, so it must be the most accurate one.

The CZ 527 Carbine is an intermediate range Brush gun, chambered in .223 Remington and 7.62 x 39 . This handy little rifle has a 5 round detachable magazine, open sights, a straight comb Turkish walnut stock, hammer forged barrel, single set trigger and weights in at less than 6 pounds.

Ruger had a M77 in that caliber.

Charles Daly had a bolt action in 7.62x39.

Remington has one of their imported bolt actions chambered for the Soviet.

I have no experience with any of these, just the CZ 527.

YMMV, but my Ruger 77Mk II in 7.62x39 is a 1"-1.5" group rifle with decent loads. I would expect the CZ to equal or best this.

Heard from my local gunshop that the CZ does not perform well with American commercial ammo. Apparently the slug is .308 not .311 (commie). Haven't tested it myself but I heard wolf actually runs better through it.

The American made ammo has a .311 bullet. It sucks for other reasons. Krochus built a Savage in 7.62x39 that will shoot sub MOA all day long. If you search you can probably find his pictures of the rifle and groups.

cz. ruger. remmy/baikal, all made one. cz still does, not sure about the others, the remmy/baikal is a break bbl single shot., but the rifle is a single shot made by one of those folks, charles daily/zastava/baikal, so it should be accurate as well, but proly not well finished.

My CZ 527's load preference in order....

Federal 125 SP, most accurate by a good margin.
Winchester 123 SP
Wolf 122 HP/FMJ -both about the same (when I don't get misfires)
Wolf 154 SP (when I don't get misfires)
Corbon 150 SP (when I don't get misfires)

But everygun is different.

+1 on Krochus'. Probably didn't have that much more in it than a CZ cost. It was kind of shocking that is was that accurate.
