This weekend at the Crossroads of the West gunshow in Phoenix I spottet some really good deals. I got a used Glock 22 (Has Finger Grooves so it wasn't used for long) with Night Sites and 1 10 round mag for $345 before taxes. I wasn't planning on buying this weekend but I couldn't resist that bargain. Anybody get anything this weedend. Other deals I saw, Ruger P89 for $229 (Used).

Kats, over in the S/W corner of the 2nd section, had a new blued Ruger P-97 .45 pistol listed @ $311.00. With the $40 rebate that's a good deal in anybodys book. Almost bought it but I wanted a Walther P-22 more, and got one from Steve and the guys at the Scottsdale Gun Center booth. Picked up the combo package for a very good price. I like dealing with them. I may call Kats tomorrow though to see if they still have that P-97. I don't really need another one, but at that price......? Or maybe Steve will match the price?

Congratulations .45Ruger on your new acquisition. I was really hoping to make it there this weekend but it wasn't meant to be as other responsibilities took priority. It sounds like it was a buyers market. I will definitely be at the next one. Best, Mike

What? No $25 Ravens, Jenning's, or Lorcin's?

How about a $35, RG 33? (Laughing Loudly/ Having Fun)

Steve is amazing...not only are his prices on new guns unbeatable, his inventory is unbelieveble. He gets guns that other dealers say are unavailable! Anyone shopping owes themselves a call to him before buying. 480-874-1383 or check out www.unlimitedfirearms.com . They will ship ($15) to any FFL. No need to be gouged elsewhere.

I did real well also. Saturday was tons of fun...anyone that hasn't had the pleasure of an Arizona dust storm hasn't lived. Imagine being sandblasted in a convection oven!

Able to sell a few guns, I went home with a new stainless Colt 70 and money left over. Life is good!!!

The dust storm was kinda fun, especially while I was outside with the rest of individual gun Ho's, with our signs trying to pimp our wares to the other attendees and ignoring the "No Gun Sales Here" posters. We all but formed a tunnel through which everyone had to pass to get from one building to the other. Ah, free enterprise at its best. But I did get rid of two Rugers that were collecting dust in the safe and got the P-22 I wanted, but almost lost my hat in the wind. Overall a decent day at a mediocre show.

I was standing next to you at the door with the stainless Kimber, NRM Colt, and Ruger .300 Win Mag for sale (and sold). Small world!!!

I should have gone up just to start yelling high roaders meet here!

But alas, I went to work, to get some more money for the show happening in Tucson in two weeks. ( :) or :( , I don't know!)
