Does anyone know where one can get a Yugo AK nowadays?
I'm interested in one here soon, and Classicarms doesn't have them, not does anybody on Gunbroker.

Doesn't look like they have the fixed stock version.

either way, I'd jump on it. Hard to find Yugos of any kind now. They are drying up.

I wish I had an extra $500 to spend.

Two gunshows ago, (6 months or so) the wood stock Yugos were in abundance, running a little high at $5-600,but no UFs in sight. At our last gunshow, just a few weeks ago, there were NO wood stock Yugos, and three seperate vendors had a single UF each, all priced about $700. Now I'm glad I kept my UF that I got from Classicarms for $429 !!

Obama is a political (not literal)dead man walking. Sarah Palin's entrance into this political fray has sealed the deal for the McCain/Palin ticket. One of my concerns about McCain was who he was gonna pull outta his hat as VP. I'm well pleased with his choice. I also feel Palin will have a positive influence on some of McC's more centrist ideas and notions. I hope...
I tell ya, I'm praying hard that more Yugos find their way here to my favorite country. I'm seriously wanting one, but, my finances are all tied up right now. The one I got to hold at a local funshop nearly brought tears to my eyes. It was love at first sight and holding her sealed the deal. The fit and finish of the weapon was way better than my beloved WASR 10/63.
I can only imagine the 100 yard accuracy is more than a tad better too.
FWIW, no complaints about my WASR's accuracy. MOMJ* accuracy at 100 yards is acceptable to me for the rifle's purpose and mission, which is uber-reliability and keeping that stoopid grin on my village idiot's face. :D
If I get a Yugo while they're still around, my WASR will become the new truck gun. Yeah...I like that idea a lot. :)
