Seem to be about same price range. Looking for a small .45 for everyday carry. Any opinions?
Thanks.

I like the USPc. They just seem to be far more reliable out of box.

Depending on your definition of 'small' (USP45C is a med-sized gun and feels quite big)...I'd still pick the HK though I've had the 45C and sold it.

I had a USP 45c; it shot like a dream--easy to point, fair trigger, light recoil, no malfunctions in about 700 rounds. But I sold it. It hung on my hip like a boxcar, and constantly printed under my shirt. I would switch guns every week between it and a Kimber UT II.
I wear the Kimber UT II as my CCW now; I know some folks slam it for being undependable, but I've had probably 1500 rounds through it without a malfunction, and it's easier to CCW than the HK was. A shame; I really liked that HK, for price, performance and reliability. It just wouldn't hide.

Ugly mofo, what type of belt and holster did you have? That thing grated against my back w/ the shirt untucked!

Hey Skunk,
I had a FIST combo IWB, I think it was called. Quite nice; I'm still vacillating between the FIST and the Sparks VM2 (or Watch Six for pure concealability) for my UT II. The VM2 is just to satisfy my curiousity for Sparks' products; Mexican carry is gettin' real old. I just picked up a used Watch Six for 1911 (more of a whim than anything) and I guess that holster will help me move on either the FIST or the VM2.

If I was starting all over.....I'd go find me a Colt Concealed Officer's.....maybe the CDP Compact would be alright.....if I had the money I'd order the Ti Officer's frame and fitted Commander's slide(damscus would be primo) from Caspian. I would take a hard look at the ParaOrd CCW too.
Right now I have two Officer's and a ParaOrd LDA Companion...
They hide REAL nice!! And have proven to be reliable for me!
Milt Spark's VM2H...a good belt.....wilson mags..... Stephanie Seymore(Oooops, how did she get into that fantasy? In lingerie, no less!! LOL Well, at least she comes well dressed!):what:
