An interesting article in today's Detroit Free Press regarding the explosion of ferel pigs in Michigan. They have been spotted in 63 of Michigan's 83 counties.
If I were to decide to attempt a hunt of these beasties, what would be the ideal gun to tote into the woods? Should I use my Mossy 12g w/ rifled barrel and slugs or would the Marlin lever .30-.30 be a better choice?

Any deer gun you have will work just fine. The 30-30 is the 'bees knees'.
