I'm interested in the NRA instructor training so that I can be a BSA rifle and shotgun shooting merit badge counselor. I inquired about a class in Richmond that was supposed to be happening this month, but there was a 10 person minimum and I was the only person interested. Obviously, it won't be happening. There aren't that many places around here that offer it according to the NRAHQ site.

Are there 9+ other folks in the Richmond, VA area that would like to take the instructor training? There's a guy in Lakeside that will do it, but we need more interest to get a class put together. The pricing would have been $300 for the class that didn't form, I don't know if that will remain the same if we get enough people together.

If anyone knows of another way to get the training in this area, please let me know as well.

Thanks!
Chris

Talk to the guys at Dominion Gun Range at Midlothian Tnpk and Turner road. Most of them are NRA instructors and I'm sure they would know a few people that would be interested. They may also have info on classes in the tri-cities areas
