Hello Everyone,
Can anyone direct me to a high quality bandoleer to carry several AR-15 magazines?
Leather is fine, but I prefer cordura or web material.

I think those bandoleers gun-fucious is talkin' about only hold stripper clips, not magazines.
Your best bet is either any variety of LBV with attached magazine pouches, or standard mil-spec magazine pouches (holding 3-6 mags), that you can attach to belt or to MOLLE vest.
www.cheaperthandirt.com or any other internet place will carry MilSpec surplus equiptment to fulfill your desires.
www.lightfighter.com will also outfit your needs.

I kinda like bandoleers. I like the Winchester whitebox ammo. I take out the cardboard insert, and put two filled strippers in the box. The box fits perfectly in the bandoleer pockets, and protects the cartridges.

If you use the old 20 round mags, they will fit into the bandoleers that come in the GI ammo cans.

I agree with getting good loadbearing gear. Far too many battle rifle owners have no meaningful way to carry extra blammo.
I recommend Practical Tactical http://www.practicaltactical.net .

Specialty Defense Systems makes the bandoleer that goes with the MOLLE gear. It's a good piece of kit and is relatively inexpensive. I have two of them.
Pat Rogers wrote about how an Eastern PD is using them in the squad cars. The officer exits the vehicle with his rifle, puts the bandoleer around his neck and secures it around his waist with a bungee cord. Check out the article in the October S.W.A.T.
www.specialtydefense.com Go to the online catalog for MOLLE. It's listed with the rucksack IIRC.

Pat Rogers' article in SWAT is a good primer on the various ways to carry mags. As RickD indicates, too many gunnies with homeland defense rifles scrimp on the method of carrying their battle loads. I've been to the range on more than one occasion where folks have had their AR mags in not much more than paper bags. I've yet to see folks, myself sometimes included, actually wearing their battle gear to the range. I've gotten to the point where I don't care about the looks of folks at the range. I am there to practice with the gear I use, so they can live with it.
Anyway, to your question: You can spend as much or as little as you wish, from a $5.00 bandoleer filled with $25-$25 twenty round AR mags to over $300 for some of SOE or High Speed Gear Inc.'s goods.
A nice basic rig above the stripper clip bandoleer is the Eagle CP-223 chest pouch. Holds 4 AR and 2 pistol mags. Nice unit for a trunk gun. Just received the OD and Khaki version from Eagle, even though my website indicates black only (new colors available as standard!). Less than $60.00.
Up the cost food-chain is Blackhawk's Commando Chest Harness (about $110) and their STRIKE MOLLE compatible chest rig ($89.00 plus cost of pouches). Former holds 12 mags, latter holds however many in the various pouches you can fit on board. Some folks have an issue with where BHI makes their gear, some don't.
Another option is High Speed Gear's DACH (Direct Action Chest Harness). Holds 12 mags in 3 pouches, plus has a fold-down "admin" area for maps, etc. Bomb-proof construction quality.
As you can see, you're limited by only your mission, imagination and budget.
For a look,

There are many more options available, including the SDS MOLLE bandoleer and non-chest mounted options like vests or belt pouches.
