I haven't owned a shotgun for years, but I'm getting the itch. I've been doing some reading here and elsewhere, and I believe I've settled on a Remington 870 for my needs (mostly HD, maybe some IPSC stuff, maybe a little clay bird busting, nothing fancy). I'm thinking 18 or 20" barrel.
Some questions:
1) If I get an 870 Police model, I won't have to deal with the dimples, correct?
2) Are the Police models better built internally than the Express models? Are they (internally) as well fitted/finished as the Wingmasters, or somewhere between Wingmaster and Express?
