Question about a Jennings Nine

I have a Jennings Nine that the magizine release spring broke. I got a new one from egunparts. Now here is the problem... I can not for the life of me figure out where the spring goes. Can anybody out there help me at all? Thanks.

Couldn't find a free schematic for the Jennings Nine but the following is very similar and may help:

Teddy, I believe he's actually referring to the magazine catch spring.
