Stevens 77E
Savage 720 semi auto, semi autos aren't as new as you might think.
Remington Model 11 semi auto
Stevens 620 pump gun
Remington 31 pump gun
Along with the Ithaca and Winchester guns and the Mossberg 500 Mils-Gun,
All these were still in the racks when I was a 45 Bravo, Small Arms Repairman, 1977-1984, and we had to qualify on working on them.
The Remington 870 and 1100 shotguns were used exclusively by the Navy and Marines, Army didn't use them.

Which war...during WW2 almost every US shotgun was pulled for military at one time or another..it wasn't uncommon to have roll engraved hunting scenes on the side of some issue shotguns.
One of the outfits that have a current mil contract is Mossberg for the good old 500 among other things.
