Well:
SA - One short, consistent trigger...very easy to get use to!
DAO - Longer, heavier trigger pull, very safe and requires added training to get proficient in its application.
DA/SA - Longer, heavier first DA shot & faster SA shot afterwards. The transition does require some training to gain smoothness & proficiency.
It really depends on what you are willing to commit to & become safe and proficient in using!

Other advantages....er, characteristics of each style of trigger.
SA.....nothing really to add....:D
DAO....lessens the chances of Accidental Discharge by having the long trigger pull....It has to be pulled quite intentionally to get it to fire. Very good trigger for a CCW in most gun peoples opinion.
Trad. DA.....Offers the versatility of the best triggers. Many Trad. DA trigger'd guns are DA first shot and SA after that, but some can be carried Cond. 1 or cocked and locked....CZ, Taurus, HK..etc.
You can carry hammer down on a loaded chamber also.
Shoot well.
