I started a thread in the revolver forum on October 1st, 2008, 09:11 PM: TITLE: New S&W model 10 revolver disassembly, inspection, select repairs and reassembly
http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=397027

EDIT: I do recall changing the title after about 20 minutes or so while I was editing posts to add descripts to the pics.

.

I found these a little while ago, also in the revolver forum and also dated October 1st, 2008, 09:11 PM:

TITLE: Common S&W Identifying Features (it somehow ended up with XavierBreath's sticky thread title)
http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=397265
(URL yields a copy of my original thread)

TITLE: http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=356710 (it's the address to XavierBreath's sticky)
http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=397264
(URL yields another copy of my original thread)

I didn't post either one of these even though my name is on them.
Maybe I should I set watch for black helicopters :uhoh:

... and Brian will be the pilot ... ;)

Looks like Brian had a few glitches trying to copy your main posts to a new thread and make it a sticky - twice.

I've changed the titles of the threads in question leaving your original open for discussion. I had to make a few minor changes to your title to make it fit within the space limit. I think it's all straightened out now.
