Holster for a S&W Model 19 with a target hammer.

I have a Model 19 with the target hammer. I am having a devil of a time finding a leather holster with a thumb break that will fit over the hammer. Any ideas before I am forced to go custom? I thought the Bianchi 5BHL should've worked but alas, I was wrong...again.

I had the same problem, and had to adjust. Why not go with a holster without a thumb break?
