Looks like a 1917 chop job.

Yep, post war chop job.

I show that number as being pre 1946, by a hair.
Model 1917.
Commercial probably...no S in number and no ordinance bomb in front of hammer on left side and small company logo on left side frame.

And a likely chop job. Lengthwise centered lettering on the left side of the barrel not consistant with chop job tho.

I'd like to get a better look at it....and both sides.
