Which vaquero 357 could be converted to 41 mag and who would you recommend to do it?

The original model - on the same large frame as the Blackhawk - should easily handle this, since it came in calibers up to .44 Magnum. The newer, smaller frame model would be marginal at best unless a five-shot cylinder were fabricated. Obviously for both you would also need a new barrel, or the original barrel rebored and re-rifled.
I only "know" this gunsmith from magazine and Internet writeups, but he has an outstanding reputation. It will likely cost $$$ and take a year or more. Hamilton Bowen (http://bowenclassicarms.com)
