I like that target but found that my eyes can see it better with a little color in the center. This is the version I like to use.
This should be a sticky. People are always asking for them.
I too found it a great help in learning to shoot better. When I got my first gun I refused to adjust the sights until I was able to make neat, consistent groups that didn't respond to working on the area of that chart that I landed in.
That way I knew that I wasn't just using my sights to compensate for my problems instead of correcting the problems.

Its kind of like the way my mom put masking tape on the typewriter keys when I was learning to type. She forced me to learn to do it right. ;)
