Hey folks,

Need a firing pin for an Astra .357 that broke during dry fire (with and without snap caps). I've done the obligatory Google searches, and the only two places that list them (bob's gun shop and e-gunparts.com) are sold out. Anyone know of another source?

Thanks

They are not hard to make. Just don't harden the steel too hard.

yeah, that's probably a bit beyond me in terms of equipment and skill level. I am hoping for a factory/used/parts gun firing pin from somewhere. I think I can just drift out the retaining pin, replace the firing pin (with old spring), and tap the pin back in. That I can handle. Manufacturing a firing pin? No.
