I was thinking about the bill of RIghts and what it meant. Please tell me where I get off track.

If:
1. Rights exist in people
2. People may delegate the exercise of their rights, also known as powers to government.
3. The bill of rights specifically lists Powers the government cannot have.

Then:
There are some things that are not rights (and so may not be exercised), even though at first glance it may appear that they are rights.

My thinking is that by default, the right to do ANYTHING is fully vested in individual humans, with the exceptions being that which causes direct and immediate harm to others. (My right to swing my fist ends at your nose)
