"Once Upon A Time In Mexico."

But there it ends. Disjointed almost nonexistent plot. LOTS of shooting and mayhem.

Music OK but not as good as Desperado.

My reco:

Wait for DVD and watch Desperado again.

It was a FAR better movie.

(by the way....a 9mm will STILL knock a man across the room through the air and sliding when he hits)

:D

Is this supposed to be a sequel to Desperado, or a completely different flick? Seems like the same guns, actors, and location as Desperado.

And don't forget to watch El Mariachi...the one that started it all.

I thought it was supposed to be a sequel, I dunno.

There's a review of it here (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,97230,00.html), which praises the film. Apparently it's made along the same lines as the first "Mariachi", with low budget and rapid filming (I almost said "shooting", but we don't want to confuse people... :D ).

9mm knocking people over? Lack of a cogent plot? Fie! Get to the important stuff.

How did Salma look? Does she wear her hair down? What is she wearing?:D

Is there a seperate award for most ammo expended without drawing blood ?
If so, I nominate any A-Team episode.

El Mariachi is far superior in every way to Desperado, and probably this one also.

Salma looks good as always. Not much of her except in the goofy "escape" scene. Her waist is so narrow that I bet she is one of the actresses who has had a rib removed.
But so what?

Salma Hayek looked incredible, but doesnt have much of a role in the film.

Did anyone else catch one of the sidekicks (the drunken one) making reference to their bullets? Something like 'Remember movie bullets? These work better' before pulling out a box... good stuff :)

And what did this movie teach me? Armed citizens are a good thing--they will fight the rebelling military forces and win.
