Hey Gent's,
Where is a good place to find some info on a 218 Bee, Beasly target rifle. I've never seen such a thick barrel on a small caliber rifle before.

Thanks in advance

Try Ken Waters Pet Loads or for basic info try Cartridges of The World.

Gonna need more information then that to be of any help.
Type of action, type of sights, markings, photos, etc. would help greatly.

In the 1940's & 50's, Martini, and several brands of American single-shot actions were converted to .218 Bee Varmint rifles by amateur & professional gunsmiths.

It would be highly unlikely it was built or used for the Bisley England rifle matches.

I misunderstood. I thought you wanted info on the cartridge. Ditto on rcmodel statement.

It's a friends rifle and from what he says it came from Australia. He's going to bring it up next week for me to take a look at. I'll note all the pertinent info and give you gentlemen a shout. I hope to figure out my digital camera and down load some pics.
