[Double Naught Spy]

Can anyone tell me if the FA Enterprises in Boise ID is the FA that makes mounts, scope rings, etc.? I have a mount with damaged base screws it is marked as being from FA Enterprises. I would like to get the screws replaced. All that I can find, so far, is FA Ent. Inc. in Boise, and then some import company in CA.
