Grab yer gear and git ready to celebrate Liberty!
Applseeds is coming to the Manatee area on November 1st ans 2nd for another great event at the Manatee Gun and Archery Club. This will be our Third event at this great range and we'd love to see you come out and lend Lady Liberty a hand by learning to shoot a rack-grade rifle with ball ammo out to 500 yards and a little bit about the men and women that made it possible for you to do so without having ask permission - the Founding generation!
I will be serving as an instructor and welcome and questions you may have - just PM me!
Bring us a teachable attitude, a functional rifle, 400+ rounds of ball ammo, and we WILL send you home with the skills needed to learn how to shoot a rifle from field positions consistently out to 500 yards and more.
During the course of the day, you will also hear the true story of April 19th, 1775. Learn of the bravery and grit of those first Americans as they made the hard choice to fight for your Freedoms. Learn of their sacrifices that enabled you to live in Freedom and Justice.
Appleseeds is all about the tradition - rifle marksmanship and history. Appleseeds is NOT about anything anti-American, anti-government, illegal, or "Militia". Just marksmanship and the history to keep the traditions of the Founding Generation alive.
Kids, Women, active military, and elected officials shoot for free - everyone else gets in for a mere $70.00 for two days! A week's worth of first-class marksmanship training for $70.00? You could spend thousands and not get any better training. I learnt more at my first event for that $70.00 than I had in five years of shooting on my own, because practice does not make perfect - only perfect practice makes perfect and at Appleseeds - we teach perfect practice using the Army Qualification Test (been around since WW1).
This is a family-oriented event. Granddads bring the grandkids! Dads bring the sons and daughters! Wives bring the husband! :D
