There is nothing wrong with blasting illegal immigration but disparaging
a entire ethnicity is going a little too far.

Would this thread be shut down if that license depicted a "stereotypical"
example of the other major US ethnic minority?

The main reason I make THR my online home is because usually crap like the California License is off limits.

Hmmm. Are we discussing a civil liberty issue here? Sure, one could make the argument that licensing of vehicles and/or drivers and the restrictions imposed on them are indeed a civil liberty issue, and therefor this should remain open.
